WWE Live returns
WWE Live 2018 Shanghai will be held at Mercedes- Benz Arena on September 1.
World Wrestling Entertainment will return to Shanghai for the WWE Live 2018 Shanghai at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Pudong New Area on September 1, organizers announced yesterday.
WWE stars scheduled to appear include former mixed-martial arts ace Ronda Rousey, who is making her in-ring debut in China, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss, Finn Balor, Jinder Mahal, Matt Hardy, Bray Wyatt, etc.
Tickets for this year’s event, which is presented in partnership with AEG Presents, go on sale from 10am tomorrow at www.damai.cn. WWE had its first non-commercial live show in Shanghai at the Mercedes-Benz Arena during the 2010 World Expo.
Six years later, the WWE Live 2016 China was held at the same venue before heading to Shenzhen, south China’s Guangdong Province, in 2017.
