Historical building turned into co-working space
A historical building built in 1927 in the Bund has been turned into a fashionable and artistic co-working space with about 20 shows to be staged in a month.
The co-working space inside the building built by Jewish tycoon Victor Sassoon on Dianchi Road in Huangpu District starts official operation from December and it is developed and operated by co-working space operator MyDreamPlus as its first project in Shanghai.
Fashion shows, performances by Shanghai Rainbow Indoor Chorus, reading events and meditation sessions will be held in the co-workplace.
The co-working space combining geometrical patterns and Morandi coloring in decoration style has accommodated many medium-sized financial companies, cultural agencies and small teams with an occupancy rate of 70 percent so far.
