Bright Dairy expands in Shanghai bakery market

Bright Dairy will add more bakery stores in the city as a further foray into the dessert market.  

A new Ur Bakers outlet is attracting visitors to the eastern extension of the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Mall, which officially opened over the weekend.

The store will be under trial operation till late September, while another new location in Yuyuan Garden is also scheduled to open next month.

After opening the first Ur Bakers on Wuding Road in Jingan District last September, Bright Dairy plans to add more locations in the downtown area and include new product lines like bread, cheese dishes and beverage besides its fresh milk and yogurt offerings.
