A SPECIAL exhibition honoring Antoni Muntadas, an internationally renowned video artist, is being held at OCAT Shanghai.
Entitled “Muntadas Video Works,” it is the first exhibition of the artist’s best works in China. It features 16 of his pioneering video projects, from experimental single-channel videos to documentary films.
Muntadas, a 75-year-old Spaniard, uses video as a principal medium, adding other formats such as photography and audio recording to create a new artistic language.
The exhibition will run Tuesdays through Saturdays until December 3.
