Exhibition tells companies' stories

An exhibition — “40 Years On: Multinational Companies in Shanghai” — at Hongqiao Paradise Walk drew a large group of journalists from across the country on Wednesday. The exhibition, which will last until November 12, tells the story of 40 multinational companies which have witnessed the city's rapid development since 1978.

The exhibition has been organized by Shanghai Daily, news website Eastday.com and International Channel Shanghai, with the guidance of the Information Office of Shanghai and the Shanghai Commission of Commerce, and support from the Shanghai Association of Foreign Investment and the Shanghai Daily MNC Communication Club.

Journalists from all over China learn about Shanghai's dramatic development over the past 40 years at the exhibition in Hongqiao.
