Another three patients have recovered from the coronavirus infection and were discharged on Sunday, said the Shanghai Health Commission.
So far, 44 people have been discharged.
Guo had lived in Hubei Province and went to hospital with a fever. He was confirmed infected on January 29 and transferred to the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.
Liu, 36, had contact with a confirmed patient. She was diagnosed on February 3.
Hua had traveled in other provinces and was diagnosed on February 3.
Shanghai has reported 292 coronavirus cases.
