No coronavirus cases reported in Shanghai

No new coronavirus cases were reported in Shanghai on Saturday, while two imported patients including one from Canada and one from South Sudan were discharged upon recovery, said the Shanghai Health Commission on Sunday morning.

So far, of all the 391 imported cases, 367 have been discharged upon recovery and 24 are still hospitalized.

Three imported suspected cases are undergoing test.

No new locally transmitted or suspected cases were reported on Saturday.

Of all the 342 local cases, 334 have been discharged upon recovery and one is hospitalized for treatment. There have been so far seven local fatalities.

No asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation now, the health commission said.
