“Fat Buddies,” the directorial debut of actor Bao Bei’er, is released nationally on September 30.
The spy caper stars Bao and Wen Zhang as a pair of fat buddies unexpectedly involved in a drug trafficking case.
Bao, who says his a fat buddy, too, commented: “I hope the film can inspire fat people to become more confident to pursue their dreams.”
