Zhang Jinghui, vice mayor of Jilin City of northeast China's Jilin Province, will concurrently hold the post of secretary of the Communist Party of China Shulan municipal committee, according to a decision by the CPC Jilin provincial committee on Friday.
Zhang was appointed to replace Li Pengfei, according to the decision.
