We all know that Western media reports on China are unfair, to say the least, but now we have the chance to make a direct comparison to see just how unfair they are.

New Zealand and China both have "zero tolerance" policies when it comes to controlling COVID-19 within their respective borders. That basically means that both countries enforce strict measures to ensure there are zero cases of coronavirus in the community.

New Zealand and China have both locked down millions of citizens after the appearance of the delta variant, giving a perfect opportunity to compare how Western media reports on China's lockdowns, versus how Western media reports on New Zealand's lockdowns.

One country was called "draconian" and the other was heralded as a "pandemic star." Can you guess which?
