American food sets mouth watering

The 2019 Shanghai Wine & Dine Festival is going on at the North Bund, featuring American food, ingredients and beverages.

It's the first time the United States Agricultural Trade Office has attended.

"Savor USA – Experience Local US Food Talent," the US pavilion displays beef, pizza, seafood, cheese, ice cream, wine and beer.

Ryan Scott, ATO director of the US Consulate General in Shanghai, said, "We are very pleased to take part in this grand event with the US Pavilion for the first time, during which we invited renowned American chefs and featured high-quality American food ingredients. It is an excellent opportunity to introduce American healthy, nutritious and diversified food concepts and technologies to Chinese consumers."

Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute hosted a session to introduce the treasures of polar — Alaskan seafood, and Raisins Administrative Committee organized a joyful DIY event of the healthy and delicious chiffon cake rolls with California raisins.
