More tourist attractions in Shanghai are offering free admission to medical workers in gratitude for their dedication in the coronavirus battle, the Shanghai Culture and Tourism Administration said on Monday.

All A-level scenic spots in Chongming District, such as the Dongtan Wetland Park, Dongping National Forest Park, Changxing Island countryside park, Mingzhu Lake scenic area and Qianwei Ecological Village, will offer free admission to all doctors and nurses in China for the rest of the year.

Five exhibition halls, such as the Fishing Culture Museum and the Folk Collection Museum at the Jinshanzui fishing village, the city's only remaining fishing village, in Jinshan District, are also giving medical workers free admission this year.

Pujiang countryside park in Minhang District has the same offer for its magic garden scenic area.

Last week, Shanghai Huangpu River Cruise Co said all doctors and nurses in China were welcome to enjoy a free cruise tour on the Huangpu River before the end of the year.
