Police in east China have detained 19 people who allegedly took drugs, 16 of them foreigners.

Police in east China have detained 19 people who allegedly took drugs, 16 of them foreigners.
Among the 16, seven were teachers, while the other nine were students, police in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, said in a statement posted on their official Weibo account.
According to Global Times, the "educational institution" was EF's branch in Xuzhou.
Urine tests for the all the 19 people came back positive, police said.
One of the foreigners was under criminal detention, while the other 18 are under administrative detention.
The case is still under investigation.
