Shanghai coronavirus vlog: WHO acts, but is fresh meat still a hot commodity?

Early this morning local time the World Health Organization classified the coronavirus outbreak as a global health threat. Has that made fresh meat harder to buy?

I headed outside briefly again today just hours after the World Health Organization classified the novel coronavirus outbreak currently affecting China and more than a dozen other countries a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). My goal: to find out if the situation in my neighborhood regarding the availability of fresh fruit, vegetables and meat had improved in the past few days. 

After the last video people were suggesting I try my luck at the supermarket early in the morning, so today I did just that...
