AI competition for young students calls for participants

Shanghai Youth League launched an artificial intelligence innovation competition on Wednesday.

Elementary school pupils can participate in programming games, learning software and animation, and innovative AI external devices. Their works will be rated on their stability, utility and innovation.

Middle school and vocational school students are invited to compete by programming robot vehicles and enabling them to perform tasks such as transporting people and going through a tunnel.

Meanwhile, university students and young professionals can take part in an app competition to make innovative use of data.

The competition will be held at the end of this month.
