Around 2,000 police officers from all departments attended a ceremony at the venue of the second China International Import Expo on Wednesday where they vowed to maintain security at the event and keep things safe.

The police showcased their best motorcycles, motorboats, drones and helicopters during the ceremony.

Shanghai police said they will strive to achieve “zero mistakes, zero loopholes and zero faults” in security management for the event.

The second CIIE will be held from November 5 to 10 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
