Shanghai Disney Resort will begin selling evening tickets for the first time from next week to celebrate the Halloween, the resort announced on Wednesday.

The date-specific tickets at 275 yuan (US$42) will enable guests to enter Shanghai Disneyland after 4pm, from September 25 to October 31, except October 2 to 7. A standard park ticket costs 370 yuan for weekdays and 499 yuan for weekends and holidays.

Guests can buy the tickets through the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center at 400-180-0000, at Shanghai Disneyland Ticket Booths and via the Shanghai Disney Resort official WeChat account.

Moreover, the theme park will relax its attire regulations during the seasonal celebration from September 25 through October 31.

“The park welcomes guests of all ages to dress up as any character they like during the Halloween festival period,” the management of the resort said. During other periods, it stipulates visitors cannot dress up as Disney characters at the resort.

The park will be cloaked in an array of Halloween colors and decorations, including Disney character Jack-O-Lanterns and spindly spider webs that have been woven in the shape of Mickey Mouse.
